In my Small Teams Enneagram Workshop, I start with an overview of the 9 Types, then teach your team about the 3 conflict styles within the Enneagram system. You'll learn why the differences between your team members’ conflict styles are probably at the root of the majority of their disagreements and issues!

Once each team member understands how they tend to approach conflict, and why other people do it differently, resolving issues gets much easier.
